density foam pads means there is not much mass or weight. If there is very little mass and weight it
equals more air than foam. Foam that was made to protect items from impact is high compression but
low density. Cheap foam mattress pads are generally made this way and usually don’t work very well
or last very long. These products are made with a lot of air and air is cheap.
