If you choose no-charge shipping for your bed purchase, you can expect to receive your product(s) within 14
days from the time you placed your order. Standard shipping deliveries are drop at your door and not brought
inside. Customers who provide their e-mail address will be notified via e-mail when their order ships. Mattresses
and foundations are packaged in 1 to 6 boxes, depending on the bed model. We ship your order in its entirety.
Occasionally boxes may get separated during transit.
No-charge shipping is available within the 48 contiguous states. For shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada
or APO, please contact us for shipping quote. All items purchased from Sleep Comfort USA for delivery via
Standard Ground Shipping are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title and risk of loss
for such items pass to the customer upon Sleep Comfort USA delivery to the carrier.

* Complete assembly of your new sleep system
* Disposal of packaging materials
* Please allow approximately 21 days for White Glove delivery
