30-Night In-Home Trial for Mattress
Choosing a mattress is one of the most important decisions you can make. We want to help make sure the
decision you make is the right one. So we invite you to test a mattress in the best place possible: the comfort
of your own home. When you purchase a Mattress, you'll have 30 nights to make sure that you're 100%
comfortable. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we'll authorize an exchange or return of your
mattress.* All you are responsible for are the return shipping costs.
All merchandise being returned must be in like new condition and be given a "Return Merchandise
Authorization" (RMA) number from Customer Service, which will expire 10 days from date of issue. The RMA
must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All
refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all
products have been received at Sleep Comfort USA. All shipping and incidental charges to return the bed
are the customer's responsibility. Comfort delivery fees or freight will not be refunded. Sleep Comfort USA is
unable to accept returns on products which are damaged as a result of improper installation or customer
misuse. Credit will not be issued for any product which is not in "like new" condition, is soiled, or shows
evidence of having been wet. Hairs, dirt, odors, or stains on any item are not acceptable returns.*
* If returned item is damaged or soiled refund amount will be deducted for the retail price of the component
found to be damaged or soiled.
The Sleep Comfort USA representative can also provide valuable tips on how to efficiently pack the bed and
suggest a shipping carrier to minimize your expense.
Defective or Damaged Components:
Any item that is defective at time of arrival, or is found to be defective within the trial period, will be replaced
at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by Sleep Comfort.
If a component is found to be defective after the trial period, the replacement part is covered under the
terms of the warranty. You will be responsible for any related costs and the cost of shipping the defective
component back to Sleep Comfort USA. To minimize your discomfort we do not want you to be without
components while waiting for a new replacement to be shipped to you. Given that fact we do require a
deposit on parts coming to you and will refund you the deposit less the shipping cost and if applicable the
prorated cost once the defective part has been returned. Contact Customer Service for troubleshooting

Clearance Items:
We're sorry there are no returns on Clearance items.
* 30-Night In-Home Trial begins the day your new Comfort Air bed arrives in your home. If, for any reason,
you are not satisfied, simply contact our Customer Service team to arrange for an exchange or return of the
product. All you have to do is pay the return shipping costs. There are no returns on the Comfort Adjustable
Foundation. Comfort Home Delivery & Setup fees will not be refunded.
Return Policy:
We feel that in 30 nights you have enough time to sleep on it, feel it, and really make sure it's the mattress
for you. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, carefully repack the product in the original boxes with all
paperwork and components. Most toppers can not be repacked in original boxes due to them being
compressed when shipped to you, there for you must ship in suitable protective packaging. Contact us for
RMA and return it to us for a full refund of your purchase price.
Toppers will incur a 25% restocking fee. We do ask that you return the product in original condition (no
damage, soil spots, hair remains, etc.). If you are considering returning your mattress, please make sure you
take care of it. We will not refund any mattress, which appears “used.” Treat it well, with love and respect,
making the returning process easy.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If you do decide to return a product to Sleep
Comfort USA, make sure to contact us within 35 days at: customerservice@sleepcomfortusa.com for return
authorization, complete return instructions, and the return shipping address. Items that are non-refundable
are: Pillows, Accessories, Mattress and Topper Covers and Comfort Adjustable Foundation.
