Do your mattresses meet the "Technical Bulletin 603" for California residents?
Yes! California mandated that all residential mattresses, box springs and futons manufactured for sale in
the state must be open-flame resistant as of January 1, 2005. To ensure the safety of consumers, all of
our mattress systems have open-flame resistant protection and meets all requirements of mattress
flammability standard, called “Technical Bulletin 603.”

How do I dispose of my old mattress?
We recommend that you contact you local Salvation Army and ask them if they would pick up your old
mattress for you. Some customers have found additional local charities that would also like you to donate
your old mattress to them - missions, homeless shelters, abused families, foster care, etc.

OR Call your local municipality, sanitation department or garbage collector. They usually have provisions
for picking up larger items, but you may need to make arrangements in advance.

What is our shipping policy?
Sleep Comfort USA will ship any of our products to any address in the contiguous United States at no
charge. In other words, shipping is free! Alaska, Hawaii, APO please email us for shipping quote.

How long does it take to get my order?
All mattresses, toppers and pillow orders should arrive in 8-14 business days. Although delivery times
may be shorter. Delays can occur under unexpected circumstance, but should there be any delay we will
contact you immediately. White Glove delivery can take longer because we have to coordinate with our
White Glove partners through out the country. Twin and full mattresses are special order and can take 3 to
4 weeks.

How does my order ship?
In order to keep shipping efficient we use several parcel and freight companies depending upon what will
be best for your order and location. If your order is a parcel such as a topper or pillows or other small to
medium sized items it will usually ship via Fed Ex Ground, DHL or UPS. If your order is classed as freight
(Adjust-A-Beds for example) it will ship by Truck Line.
Do I have to be home to when my package is delivered?
Fed Ex or UPS parcel service for example you do not usually need to be home when your order arrives.
Our experience has been that the delivery people are very conscientious about either leaving your
package in a safe place or leaving you a note for you to arrange to receive your order if a safe place is
not available. In the case of freight class deliveries someone will usually have to be available to receive
the order. The freight company will contact you to set up a time for delivery.

No sales tax unless we ship to Colorado.

What is the difference between latex foam and memory foam?
Visco Elastic Memory foam is a temperature sensitive form of polyurethane foam that has special additives that
create a self-adhesion property for a few seconds after being exposed to a heat source (your body). Over time,
the adhesive slowly releases, allowing the foam to return to its original shape. This conforming property is very
popular to thousands of sleepers worldwide, due in most part to Tempurpedic's marketing efforts. Latex foam is a
natural product that is derived from the latex rubber extracted from rubber trees. It is not temperature sensitive, as
memory foam is. It is available in numerous different densities (rated by ILD from 14 to 44), is extremely
comfortable and supportive, and is considered the premium sleep surface by most European sleepers. While not
as well known in the United States as Memory Foam, Latex Foam Beds are becoming more and more popular.
